Meet The Founder

“FACESPACE wasn’t built to be loud. It was built to lead quietly - with care, craft, and calm at its core.”

Nicole Campbell Watson is a Glasgow, Edinburgh & London-based facialist recognised for setting a new standard in wellbeing-led treatments—long before the wellness space became crowded.

With over a decade of experience and a reputation for her calm, grounded touch, Nicole is known for bridging technique, presence, and skin expertise in a way that resonates far beyond beauty.

Her work has been featured in Glamour, The Times, The Sunday Times, Condé Nast Traveller, Homes & Interiors Scotland, SheerLuxe, and The Glossary—a reflection of her role in shaping the quiet shift toward facials that support both skin and the nervous system.

In 2021, Nicole opened the doors to what would become FACESPACE. Initially created as a home base to return to between London and Glasgow, the studio quickly evolved—beginning with a small group of Glasgow’s most in-demand therapists who shared a belief in hands-on technique and thoughtful care.

By 2022, FACESPACE became the first facialist studio in the UK to offer a formal residency model, welcoming visiting facialists from across Scotland and beyond. What began in Glasgow grew into a wider platform that champions both established names and emerging voices in the world of skin health and holistic touch.

Today, FACESPACE is a space where both the core team and seasonal residents are celebrated equally—each bringing their own unique perspective, united by a shared ethos: to make facials feel like something deeper than skin.

At FACESPACE, treatments don’t follow trends—they start them, ahead of the curve

We believe in the power of touch, the value of a moment of care, and the beauty of genuine connection.
